Commercial and Administration Division
The Commercial Affairs, Internal Administration and Financial Recording and Reporting are the responsibility of the Commercial & Administration Division. The Division is headed by the Commercial and Administrative Manager and is organized into three operating sections:
- Commercial & Administration
- Human Resources
- Finance & Accounting
The Operations Division is headed by a Manager with responsibility for airside and landside operations, security of the facility and emergency services. This department must also ensure all International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) are fulfilled at all times.
Engineering & Maintenance Division
The Engineering Division of the Corporation is responsible for all maintenance of the Terminal, Electrical and Mechanical Equipment and other facilities in the Aerodrome. The Division is under the direction of the Engineering Manager, and is organized into three operating sections:
- Airfield Maintenance Section
- Building Services Maintenance Section
- Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Maintenance Section
